Hi Guys, I bought ASN on 19/08/2014. I have ver 1.0.5226.33572. When I open it I get a reminder to update. When I check for the update it tells me I have to load SP2 before SP3 if I don't already have the SP2 update. My problem is how do I know if I have the SP2 update. Having only bought it in August, would it already be updated with SP2? So I need to update with SP3.All help appreciated. Thanks

ASN only has an SP1B.

Hi David, thanks. on loading the programme, it just says "Welcome to Active Sky Next" so I guess I have ASN and not 2012. My update would then be SP1B as you've suggested. Thanks for your help.
