I was hoping to get some flightplans to leave from most major capital cities in Australia to fly over the antarctic and then back to the city departed from.

 

Any way to create them? I Have tried FSX VRoute and EFASS.

You could go on Flightaware on these dates and see if you can find a route. The aircraft is a Qantas 747. The flights being done are 10-12 hour round trips of Antarctica so I think this is what you're looking for
