I got it all set up again and running great now :) Thanks everyone! I just set the NVIDIA settings Roger recommended, except instead of 1/2  Vsync refresh rate I have it just set to 'Force on', and made sure to have all my textures include alphamaps, and it looks amazing! Thanks again.
