How to create an Exclusion Zone

Recommended Posts

Somehow, my hometown airport (KFRG) has developed Street lights all over the runways. Not sure when this happened, but Im guessing one of the recent updates did it since it wasn't like that before. I took off the addon scenery I had for this airport, but the light poles are still there.  (About 30 of them)

I'm pretty sure I can get rid of them by creating an exclusion zone for this airport, but I have no idea how. I ready th eWed manual, but its just not clicking for me. Can anyone explain in laymans terms, how I can create an exclusion zone for this airport?

Thanks for any help

Nevermind. I figured it out last night. Now off to add some buildings and static parked aircraft.

How about you tell us how you figured it out, it might help others with the same problem?

You select the tool in WED, then draw a box around the area that should be affected, then choose what you want to exclude in the properties box.
