November 18, 201411 yr Hi guys I am using a cockpit so all my flights in windowed mode (with undocked panels), and I am using the Robin P3D v2.3 beta 2 NVI settings. so, the quistion is : it is important to add the ForceWindowedVsync=1 in the GRAPHICS tap in the Prepar3D.cfg ???? As it was important in FSX !!!!! Hope I get the help because the Cockpit with this huge number of undocked panels is so sensitive to these settings. THX.
November 18, 201411 yr As far as tearing goes, Vsync works fine in windowed mode for me with P3D using Aero enabled. P3D windowed is a hybrid of both full screen and windowed it seems. William
November 18, 201411 yr You don't need to do that, just select Vsync in P3D menu and that's all Walter Almaraz

November 19, 201411 yr Author You dont even need to do that. AS LONG as Aero is enabled. Vsync in P3D does nothing for me in facty makes things worst most the time.. Milage can vary. 1- Related to AERO, does the P3Dv2.4 run it, or close it for unknown reasons as FSX ? 2- Also I'll try to disable it and see what I get. You don't need to do that, just select Vsync in P3D menu and that's all (Vsync) does it was beneficial to you in anyway ?
