Big improvement in performance by just placing "Tileproxy Photoreal World" and "cache.service " on a virtual RAM disk

Now... 3 years after I had published this tutorial in french, the requests for support concerning Tileproxy in french  have falled down drastically... So, I think (humblement), I have done a quite good job. The guide was seen more than 100'000 times by approximatively 25'000 visitors. My english is not very good, so... If a nice fellow want to translate it in english it may be a good contribution to the community.  Do not hesitate to contact me,

I made an attempt at translating your September 28, 2015 revision to your excellent "Tileproxy - Guide en français"  into English.  I used Google Translate on your web page (http://tileproxy.eklablog.com/) to create a Microsoft Word document with the English translation and links that were in your French version of the guide.  Here is the link:
