You need to download and run AppCrashView (see AVSIM CTD Guide located to the right of this forum under Hot Spots), then copy the latest crash report and paste the report here in a new post.

Dear Firehawk44

Glad to hear about this, and thanks alot for  your answer, unfortunality , i cant find the Appcrash view link , could you p.z send it to me , and what to do exactly,

Thank u

The link is in the AVSIM CTD Guide, on Page 2. It states in the guide next to AppCrashView (click to download) and, when you get to the site, it will explain what it does. Here's the link anyway - http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/app_crash_view.html. Just click on it and it will take you to the AppCrashView website where you can download the App. Once downloaded, click on the program and it will show you all of your crashes. You will be looking at an upper pane and the lower pane. The lower pane is the crash report. You copy all of that and then come back here, start a new post, and then paste the report into your post. Here's how to copy and paste - http://lifehacker.com/5801525/help-new-pc-users-learn-how-to-copy-cut-and-paste.

Hope this helps.

thank u very much for your help , i send acopy to your message box, in Avsim, please paste it down, thank u

Very good! Unfortunately the crash report you provided is for Internet Explorer and not for FSX so I cannot try to fix FSX for you. Look for a crash report for FSX, highlight it, and then copy and paste the crash report here.

Not sure why your Internet Explorer crashed. I see no date of the crash. Was it recent. If not and you have access to the Internet, I would not worry about it right now. Some of these crashes have a way of repairing themselves. Here are some suggestions at the following link that might help you fix your problem - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/ie-crashes-stops-working#ie=ie-11-win-7.

Dear firehawk44,

Thank u very much for helping me, yes it happend  this eve too, i Always fly with  windowsmod ( alt+ enter)  with pmdg  and i thought it is going to be ok with Aerosoft, no hang or freez flight  till an update comes up , i  stopped the  anti viruis update and then it happend , the freez beeld , freez plane , i dont know what to do .

Apologize. I did not see you had sent me a PM with a listing of all of your crashes. All of them are related to the Aerosoft Airbus X A320/A321. The faulting module is the fmgs.dll. I could not find a solution other than you should be sure that you have the latest update (believe it is 1.10) - http://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/87915-airbus-a320a321-released/ and http://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/forum/664-aerosoft-airbus-a318a319a320a321/.

In your Internet Explorer crash above, it indicates your McAfee Anti-virus program loaded. I don't know about anti-virus programs but believe it can be disabled for certain applications like when you are running FSX.

You have had many MSVCR80.dll crashes too. This module belongs to Microsoft Visual C++ 2005. You have the correct version installed but many have fixed this problem by uninstalling it (via the Add/Remove Programs) and then reinstalling. Go to the following site and download the latest version after you have uninstalled the module - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2019667 (see also pages 7 and 13, AVSIM CTD Guide for further information).

You had the nvwgf2um.dll module crash. This module belongs to your NVidia Video Card display driver. Most of the time this is fixed by reinstalling your display drivers, updating to the latest driver, or going back to a previous version (as applicable).

Hope this helps.
