Yes, I know you have all seen this a million times but when I looked through the topics I couldn't find someone who had said this in the past few weeks. So, how do I get me T7-200 and 300 back on my new computer after the link has expired?

Okay I got the EDS but now where do I go to download it? Also, it specifically says not to submit a ticket if you've already bought an EDS.

They'll send you an email with the link just like when you bought it.

Also, a tip for next time - SAVE THE INSTALLER. So many people post here, and it's amazing that companies make so much off of extended download services. It takes just a flash drive or CD you might have laying around to put the installer on. It saves you money and makes their customer support team less stressed.

Actually Jetflier I did! After I thought about it I just went and grabbed the installer off my own computer and now I'm hoping for a refund (probably wont get)

Just submit another ticket saying "if you haven't reactivated and sent my EDS link, it would be great if I could get refunded, as I don't need it."
