From Triple to One

Featured Replies

I just changed over from a triple screen to a large screen HDTV.

One of the main reasons was that when night flying the view angle to the triple screens rendered them very dim.  Now I use one of the BENQ monitors for a control monitor, and the HDTV for the main outside view.

I've posted the Triple Head 2 Go in the classified listings, as I no longer require it.

Don't you miss not being able to see out sideways some - especially for turns toward the runway - like from base to final. The reduced Field of View - maybe about 70 degrees at most with a single display (instead of 210 deg with 3) seems like tunnel vision
