The uiautomationcore.dll is part of Microsoft.net Framework packages.  FSX requires the dotnet 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0 depending on the addons installed.  If an addon does not see the required dotnet package installed, it will install it.  Did you put a copy of an older version in your main FSX folder?  If so, remove it.  Your crash was caused by the uiautomationcore.dll that is required to run Windows.  The AVSIM CTD Guide has more information about the uiautomationcore.dll and the proper versions you can place in your main FSX folders IF you are having an FSX Menu crash (which requires hitting the menu at least 19 times and/or right clicking on an fsx panel, then right clicking again on an fsx panel, etc.  Very rarely occurs on modern computer systems as memory is managed better.
