May 10, 200521 yr Unfortunately I forgot to check with this Forum about VANS and their Mexican Scenery. It would have prevented a lot of problems.I purchase their scenery last Friday the 6th and to this date and time I have not even gotten an email from them acknowledging the purchse (nearly 50 bucks).Do a search in this forum and learn about them and their lousy customer service.I guess the only thing I can do is to get intouch with my credit card Bank and see if they can do something about it.Any ideas ?BTW this was supposed to be a download purchase so I wonder how long it would take to get the whole scenery (and Mesh). May 10, 200521 yr This has to be the worst Addon company to deal with, it is about time that AVSIM stopped publisising their releases on the this site.I have managed to get a couple of emails from their support but only after weeks of trying.I am still trying to get the 717 Version 2 update from them, but they will not reply to my mails.The forum is dead apart from the occasional customer screaming for the software that he has purchased weeks ago.There sould be a message pinned on all the good flight sim sitesto warn newcomers to our hobby about companys like this one and alsothe others that give either bad service or rubbish software.
