I bought the Grand Caravan from Carenado last week and it works well except for the GPS. I can't turn it on. When I hover the curser over the various buttons the curser does change to the appropriate form for manipulation the controls, but nothing happens. The GPS seems to be turned off. What am I missing.

Im not sure, but I think there may be a seperate Avionics master switch you need to turn on. Under the yoke on left side maybe?

 

Might also be on the panel far left front side.

I have this plane, but havent flown it in a while and Im not in front of my XP computer right now.

The avionics power switches are on the side console towards the rear of the console. There are two of them. Of course the batteries must be on also. The switches are on the same console .
