I recently uploaded a new AFCAD for CYWG and then made some edits using ADE. I've noticed that if I ask for taxi instructions right from the gate, I get turn by turn instructions and get the option of turning on progressive taxi. However, if I ask for taxi instructions (using the default FSX ATC) after pushback, I just get told to taxi to the runway's holding point with no option for turning on progressive taxi. I'll be told which runway to use, just not how to get there.

 

Is there a way to see the progressive taxi line after pushback?
