FSPS Fiber Accelerator! How to reach the customer support?

Hey, 

 

I am trying to contact the customer support and they are not responding at all!!! Is there anyway to reach them? I created a ticket through their help page but no one answer me! I tried to activate FSX Fiber Accelerator and I couldn't! It says "All licence are currently in use".

 

 

any ideas?

They usually respond quite quickly but are probably taking a break for New Year's day.  I expect that normal service will be resumed tomorrow.

 

It sounds as though you made some changes to your system without using the  'Licence Transfer'  facilty - something I have forgotten to do more than once when, for example, updating  a BIOS.

They simply reset the licence to resolve the problem.

Yeah, There were on a break for the new year. it is been solved now and they said exactly what you said :) 

 

I basically forgot to transfer the licence!
