sounds like where i work. for the life of me i can't figure people like that out. kind of wish they'd just go crawl back under the rock they crawled out from. i wasn't aware of him at all til you mention him so i didn't know he was doing that. i'm the type who'd just slam it back in his face once he or anyone else talked to me like that. in front of whoever's around when he's dishing it out. personally, i encourage people to talk trash to me, especially when they have all they're friends around them. it's fun to see the expression on their faces when the crap they're slinging comes up fast and hard and slaps 'em in the face. :}

okay, my turn....yup I did say that and I stand by it, I think the people on my "home" forum do seem to know a bit more of the tech side of FS then the majority here, at least in this paticular area of the avsim forum.I also post here in support of FE and I have been finding myself posting "help" on other matters as well (something I promised myself I wouldnt do). I only signed up here to help with FE questions but my urge to help others have me posting on other subjects.I didnt really feel this way to this extent until "Eric" called me a liar and claimed that since his experiance wasnt as I reported others have had with FE then I must be lying or the other customers are. And, after being here for a while, I just dont think the people here have the technical knowladge that the people on the other forum have.....my opinion.

SpookyPeter (who seems your cohort in this) inasmuch called me the same when he claims his "alpha technique" of improving cloud performance is why FE's fps are so "Stellar". Sorry--I doubt that very much. Your stated motives in the other thread have already been called to task, and Peter's now here also pushing the product's superiority-- over outstanding freeware that is. My feeling if the two of you are working together on this, you both should be banned. It's the same as someone from Dreamfleet, Ariane, Flight1 or any of a number of add-on products coming in hawking their superior technique or product. Yes, they post here, but they don't get into arguments over who is better and who is "smarter".-JohnEdit: And I should note I have been supportive of every single one of Flight1's aircraft products, but that would not stop me from calling their members to task if they started beating up on freeware here in the forums or belittling the members here.
