I haven't messed to much with FSX yet but am trying to remember the AFCAD tool equivalent for setting parking assignments and all of the other goodies that's used.  Can anyone help me out?

It looks like Airport Design Editor might be what I'm looking for.  (Please correct me if I'm wrong.  Or confirm if I'm correct.)  However, From ScruffyDuck I see a version 1.3.  But elsewhere I see version 1.4.  Can you also let me know which is correct?
