Just installed the carenado C90 for FS9, and have yet to make a successful flight in it.

 

I can't seem to figure out how to change the HDG bug and rotate the CDI needle for the EHSI. I have tried from the VC (the unit between the seats) and from the 2D pop up AP unit. The knobs won't rotate.

 

Anyone had this problem?

Have you checked thoroughly for click spots? The click spots on this plane are very small and difficult to locate reliably. That's probably the biggest reason I don't fly it a lot.

Yes, I know what you mean. Also, some are operated by Rt and Lt clicks and others by Lt click only.! I don't know why.

 

What are you actually "turning"? Is it the only knobs on the AP unit? I thought maybe there was some other tuning spots that I missed.

I found the solution to my auto pilot problem.

 

I wasn't able to "turn" the HDG and Course knobs w/the scroll wheel. In FSUIPC I had the scroll wheel assigned to the trim. Once I reassigned it, I am able to "turn" each knob and tune these two functions.
