Hi,Help - I have tried and tried to login to the EagleSoft forum to reply to a message from Ron Hamilton regarding the paintkit for the Eaglesoft Cessna II S/P. I'm posting here because I thought there was a chance he might read it and know I'm trying to respond to his EagleSoft forum message to me. I'm sure this is highly irregular, But couldn't think of another way.:-violin The message is as follows: Thanks, Ron, for your reply. Your suggestion is a good one and that's what I am attempting to do. I am not using any interfaces to do my flightplans, config changes, and paints except for TTools (by Lee Swordy), MS Paint (Microsoft), FSRepainter (Abacus) and Image Tool (I believe that is by Microsoft).I'm doing as much as I can manually so that I can learn how changes are made - by trial and error mostly. I have read a lot about painting, scenery creation, AFCAD2 (Lee Swordy), and FS9 configuration files. Sometimes, though, it becomes a bit overwhelming.:-hmmm I am stuck on one issue of the Cessna II S/P repaint kit, though. I can't figure out how to remove the Cessna II picture overlay so that I can work on the textures underneath. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I can't figure out how to remove the Cessna II picture overlay so that I can work on the textures underneath."Tom, if I remember rightly the Cessna II picture is just on one layer of the paintkit so if you just swith off visibility on that layer it should disappear and when you get to the flatten stage make sure that you've either deleted that layer or choose 'flatten visible'..I'm using PSP terminology here but I gues that photoshop will have the same features with different names.Good luck

I'm very grateful to AVSIM and the forum members for their help and patience with an old retired guy.My wife says I'm making a career out of messing up the computer.
