I googled your KernelMedia.cpp error message (it's not related to PMDG other than it happended to be the target for the installer) and most of the first dozen references are to errors wtih uninstalling Sim 3.... that's odd.

 

This could be related to the flex licensing system, not sure. But if it is that explains why you didn't provide your full name per forum rules.  Assuming you are not trying to hack the program, please open a trouble ticket at PMDG Product Support and they will assist directly with you.
