My excuses if the subject is not pertinent in this forum - I am needintg help to download PMDG 737NGX.

 

Having purchased this aircraft from PMDG Simulations, LLC on 12/13/2014 (and I have all the order code, customer ID, order copy, transaction ID, authorization code, SKU description, delivery address - all in my name) my HD was formatted and I lost the downloaded product.

 

Mostly due to my age (nearing 90) I am sure this is the difficulty in finding the right way or link to either Product Support, Customer Customer where I could download this product again.

 

Could someone assist in orienting which way to go to obtain this download?

 

Any help will be much appreciated.

If you bought from PMDG directly:

First go to: http://www.precisionmanuals.com/productcart/pc/viewcategories.asp

Login with your username and password

Then you have a link "view previous orders", click it, then order details.

There you'll have your order history and link, from which you can re-download the NGX

Your directions allowed me to redownload the aircraft file.

 

In installing it I find that the options offered are Repair and Modify, meaning (I assume) that the aircraft program still resides somewhere in the Hard Disk.

 

I will not bother you with any more questions. Now that I have the file it will be up to me to find out how to go about it.

 

I will try to find the file, uninstall it and then reinstall using this new download.

 

Will have to ask Sherlock Holmes to assist me in this endeavour.
