I have installed the beautiful photoscenery freeware by Bluesky as well as the afcad updates it includes so the airport sits correctly over the scenery. The only issue I am having is at airport with control towers, it is showing two of them one next to another, and sometimes different. Is there a quick fix to this?

You have another AFCAD for the same airport that is activated and is supplying the second tower.  You must root around and find the conflict.  Rather than totally deleting it, I created a folder in Scenery called "Removed AFCADs".  Just park it there so you can reinstate it if you change your mind.
