Greetings,

 

I recently acquired a  nice surround sound system (5.1) for my sim.  It's great!  I'm now in the market for a really good AI Sound replacement.  I've seen some here or there, they seem relatively inexpensive, which is always cool.  I use WOAI for my AI traffic.  

 

Any advice on good payware AI sound replacements?

I use Audio Sound Environment, which sounded great at big airports. It might just be my imagination though, but I'm not reallly hearing the AI sounds as loud as they were after I initially installed. Anyway, its worth exploring.

So the AI sound volume was LOWER after you installed ASE?

I remember being impressed with the AI sounds, but over time, as I fly GA mostly, jets move past or takeoff, and they don't sound particularly loud. I need to do some testing, I may be imagining it ....
