Recently I started to see issues with Audio inside cockpit view, I was wondering if someone ever had this before. For Example I don't get any audio for moving knobs, for extending flaps, for extending gear. if I start from a cold and dark state I don't get any audio from panels once they start. Weird

Have you made any recent FSX installations or modifications? Have you installed any sound packs?

No not really. I even did a fresh install of PMDG 777

Have you updated audio drivers recently? Not sure what could be causing this.

No upgrade of audio, but only on the 777

Make sure the sound device selected in the FMC CDU sound options is the same as that being used by FSX. The cockpit sounds home thru the device selected by that option.
