Yes, but with a gotcha. Taxiways (taxi links) need to have their draw flags set properly so they will display correctly in P3D. Airport Design Editor (ADE) by Scruffy Duck software easily does this. www.fsdeveloper.com

 

PS: I wonder if this is still the same in P3Dv2.5?

 

EDIT: Yes, it's still the same. KMGY shows the taxiway lines but not the surface.
