At least the very basics like:

 

- set heading

- set altitude

- set speed

- set NAV 1

- set NAV 2

I might be out of excuses not to buy the Maddog now! Likewise, I actually uninstalled the Concorde, as wonderful as that plane is, because it just isn't the same flying an airliner anymore without MCE.
