NGX Product problem - Activation

Hi there,

 

I loaded up the sim this morning and when selecting the NGX, a product activation box appeared. I entered the code I have from the product but it shows an error:

ERROR:flxActCommonRepairLocalTrustedStorage - (50044,71013,1)

 

I then went onto the PMDG website and to my order history, then link for my NGX special edition has expired so I cant re-download. Any suggestion on what I can do?


Im getting the exact same problem with the 777 aswell :|

The link on your PMDG page should not have expired as they got rid of the extended download service. You may want to contact PMDG directly through the support page.
