R4.CSV file is MISSING!

After I installed FSDT GSX, KJFK v2, KIAH, KLAX and ORBX OpenLC Europe

 

started P3D 2.5 and got this message:

R4.CSV file is MISSING!

 

Seems PMDG's RAAS are silent

 

How can I fix it?
