Contrails supposed to look like this?

Recommended Posts

Im running P3D 2.4 and just wondering if the contrails should look like this:  https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3q7TEnMgT5YdGtRYkJfbU9DeUE/view?usp=sharing  Thanks

Seems like you are running an older version of the product. Please reinstall the package using the latest Installer from the website

Are you using a Migration tool of some sort?

Yes, this is the problem. Please uninstall PrecipitFX from the Install Utility, disable the migration tool, reinstall precipitFX.

Let me know if it worked!

I did the install with the migration tool turned off but contrails still look like that.

Have you  tried in this specific order?

  1. Uninstall PrecipitFX from the Install Utility
  2. Disable the Migration Tool
  3. Reinstall PrecipitFX form the Install Utility
