I bought the package at simmarket and it requires I create  an account at the developers web site, but though I follow the protocol of 8 characters min and caps and numbers I keep getting rejected for not following this protocol.

Could anyone here advise me how to fix this.

 

I have tried creating account on 3 different computers, all with the same results.
