March 16, 201511 yr Hi avsim, There are gauges flickering in cockpit in my FS2004 whether it's a default panel or addon panel, I'm not sure if it's because of 2D ones. Even if I open a panel window like the gps. I tried changing several settings in the display but no result. My specs are : i7-3770 @ 3.4Ghz Nvidia GTX 660 2GB RAM 16GB DDR3 1.6Mhz 2 hard drives win7 home premium When I used to fly on my average performance laptop it never did that. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
March 16, 201511 yr I never had any problems till I went to the GTX 650. Now, some planes flicker and others don't. I even tried older display drivers. Some very old ones were a little better. I think I used 306s as a driver. Like I said before even that didn't totally fix it.
March 17, 201511 yr You may want to try this: in your FS9.cfg under the label [DISPLAY.Device.NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260.0] RendertoTexture=0 I suggest to make a back up copy of FS9.cfg before editing the file.
