I tried to log into my account on PMDG website but I forgot my password. 

I pressed the password lost help and it shuold had send my password to my email, but instade I only received an email with this ''''???''''??? as my password.

Welcome to the forum. It would help immensely if I knew the name to look for in our system. This is also a forum rule - first and last name in every post.

 

In this case (in order to avoid exposing your email address), it might be best to submit a ticket at support.precisionmanuals.com (if you don't already have an account there, you will need to create one - it's not the same as the store account).

Hoping you do remember your password for their support ticket system.
