Individuals have fixed the xuipc.dll error by reinstalling their Microsoft Visuals. For FSX SP2 you need Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 with SP1 installed. The AVSIM CTD Guide, page 6, provides info regarding required Microsoft Visuals and a link to download and install the proper versions. Most addons to FSX also require Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 w/SP1.
