Eric Schreiber From the screenshot, it looks like your product is not activated. Contact PMDG support with your order details and I'm sure they'll help resolve the issue.
March 26, 201511 yr When you first loaded the NGX, did you get an activation window prompting you to enter your code? If not, you may have a simconnect issue. Try installing simconnect and see if it resolves the problem. Search the forum for directions on how to do this. I don't have the info handy right now. Good luck! Walter Meier
March 27, 201511 yr Author K I reinstalled it but did not ask for a activation as far as simconnect i installed it from the FSX SDK with same results maybe i missed something idk. whats wierd is after installing it everything works as suppose to untill you turn on service base failures then everything goes blank and looks like that.
