After the installation in windows 8.1 which was the cause of my problems I decided to installed in windows 7 and now I can't start flying no matter the transaction ID I place the data base rejects the number

It's impossible to help you without your name, which is one of the several reasons that the PMDG forum rules include full name on every post.

 

Changing the OS will require you to re-validate the installation however the same validation number should work.  Please visit PMDG Product Support, create a support account and open a trouble ticket with the specifics and they will help you out there.

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
