I have asked for help previously on the forums for help on this but no one ever responded with help so i'm asking again. I recently purchased the PMDG 737 base package and 777LR/F base package. The plane itself works as it should yet the OC does not. I use FSX:SE and the OC cant seem to figure it out because when i go into it, it doesn't show that Ive downloaded it nor is it installed on FSX:SE. this is the error it gives me when i use the OC:

This is really frustrating for me because ive had these products for weeks now and still cant use liveries.

 

PS: Ive re-downloaded and reinstalled countless times.
