April 12, 201511 yr Hi folks, quick question for the PMDG people: I know with all the recent controversy with the NGX and aerosoft, etc, that a special version was already made available to customers through their site, but being that the support model is different in each case, what is the usual process one needs to follow to get uodates for aircraft? Asking because sometimes they have sales and might get the boxed versions of the 777 and the 747 for fsx.
April 12, 201511 yr Full names in the PMDG forums please, see also forum rules. Controversy? The usual process is to refer to the source of purchase. If you purchased from PMDG then support in in the user forum (here) and the product support web portal. For other vendors you'd have to query them. Dan Downs KCRP
