Sorry if this has asked before, what setting is it in asn that needs to be selected or changed to help with the wind shifts and engine spooling issue on the aerosoft 319??

You shouldn't be getting wind shifts with ASN at all.  If you are, I suggest you open a ticket at Hifi to troubleshoot that.
