CPFlight software causes memory leak in v2.5 ?

Featured Replies

My simulator is P3Dv2.5.

Aircraft : Ifly 737 NG Cockpit Builders Edition.

Two computers : server for the view and hardware. Client for all displays and Active Sky Next.

My server drives 3 HD tv's in 5920x1080 resolution.

My issue is about VAS . My free VAS is coming down very fast when I have FS_COM running.

At startup it consumes only 50 mb.

However within 5 minutes my Free VAS drops from 1.200.000 mb to 250 , which gives an OOM.

At first I did not know what caused it , but after testing with all addon software seperately I was able to nail it down to FS_COM, which is the software from CPFlight.

In P3Dv2.4 I had no issues whatsoever. And without the CPFlight software I can fly for 2 hours without any issues...

What would you guys advice ?

Already I sent an email to CPFlight , but I did not have any issues in P3Dv2.4

Thanks Michael.

I have v 3.42 also, but there are 2 of them : 3.42 for P3D abd 3.42_2 for P3Dv2.

To be sure I will uninstall the software and install a new downloaded 3.42_2.

Michael , could you contact me at pctuning(at)ziggo.nl.

I have a specific scenery and perhaps you could test it for me , just by flying over it..
