Can't update the weather <Could not connect to weather server>

I have yet to be accepted by topcat forums and its been 2 days thats why i'm posting on this.

 

My TOPCAT keeps giving me this error message when i go to try and update the weather inside topcat. (could not connect to weather server, check your interneg connection).

 

I have a perfect connection and everything is online. My topcat works through PFPX also
