Would be the publisher's job (which is Aerosoft).

 

I noticed NE France in two different stores already so chances are, Aerosoft have done their job already and it's up to the vendors now to update their stores.

i believe it is TheFlightSimStore that needs to pull the latest from AS and display them

try to email TheFlightSimStore support and ask them to update their inventory

the region have been made available for external shops

 

you could also post this on AS forums to get a more accurate answer from the guys directly
