Reshade and shimmering

I have just tried "Reshade" (in FSX:SE DX9 mode), and although I am very impressed with the effects, it seems to have introduced excessive shimmering in the trees etc. I use Orbx HD trees, and have antialiasing 8x and Anisotropic 16x. Is there anyway to reduce this?
