July 8, 200520 yr I saved a flight so I can use the setup often. The engines are on, brakes are one, etc..........I use that setup and all I have to do is choose another aircraft. And when I do that the new aircraft will retain all of my initial setup characteristics. All goes well. Except the Concorde. The engines are OFF. Why is that?I think maybe there is a switch in the Aircraft config. Don't know which one that makes it start with engines OFF.Would appreciate any help.Thanks.Abe
July 8, 200520 yr Depends a bit on which Concorde you mean :-)Either the Concorde requires a variable to be set that cannot be set (or is not used) by other aircraft.Or, when you load the Concorde, it forces the engines Off because it requires some manual procedure to be completed first..By the way, the Concorde is not the only addon that does this :-)Rob
July 9, 200520 yr Abe,If your referring to the 'Koch' 'Altitude' version there is an option to start with the engines running, next time you select it.You access that by clicking on the white reflector light positioned in the middle of the 2D panel.Dave T. .........On the lovely warm Devon Riviera and active 'FlightSim User's Group' member at http://www.flightsimgrpuk.free-online.co.uk/ Dave Taylor
July 9, 200520 yr Author Thanks Rob and Dave,I tried the 2D panel, could not find the specific 'white reflector light'. I tried to make sense out of the manual, but I could not find a section with specific display and functionality.I would like it very much if you can guide me in as much detail as possible. Is it possible for you to set up a flight with the concorde with the engines running and brakes on at Runway 24L at LAX and post the text of the flight saved? Thanks.Abe

July 10, 200520 yr Hi Abe,If you look at the middle post of the 2D panel, you will see what resembles an interior light.Put your cursor on it and it will alert you to that hidden spot. Click on it and you will see thoptions you are looking for.Enjoy it, its the best Concorde version and together with 'Dillon's' sounds are orgasmic.!LOL Andrew ;-)Dave T. .........On the lovely warm Devon Riviera and active 'FlightSim User's Group' member at http://www.flightsimgrpuk.free-online.co.uk/ Dave Taylor
