Hello, If I'm flying with FSX, and I hit my second monitor to another program, then falls FSX directly into the break,

 
I would really like to know if it is possible that FSX can continue to fly by?

Go into your settings and see if "Pause on task switch" is ticked, if so, then un-tick.
