Hi all

 

I have recently bought and installed the PMDG 737 for FSX, and I have had one issue. When I select the PMDG 737 in FSX it asks me to activate it. I use the order ID in the email I received and click activate. It then thinks about it and gives me and error saying this.

 

Invalid activation ID: 321176 [incident 8352-3934065]. 

 

Would anyone happen to know what this error is.

You need  to put in the serial number  not  the order  number   to activate  the ngx ,  if  you go to your account  in the pmdg section  and go  to  your previous orders  you will find  your serial number  in here.
