June 3, 201511 yr Under Consumer Contract EU law there's no right to a refund for digital content. A trader doesn't to have supply any digital content until after the 14 days cancellation period - unless the consumer specifically asks it for it earlier and accepts that he's lost the right to cancel. He also loses that right as soon as the download starts. In other words, the consumer can cancel before the 14 days is over but the trader won't download the digital content unless that time is over. If you want it earlier you lose the right to cancel when the download starts. Gerry Howard
