Get the Maximus VII Formula for that chip - amazing board - oc very easy - rock solid - get at least a 4gig video card 6gig would be better especially if you go to P3D - which in fact is what you should do as its way better lot less hassle - good luck any questions just pm me walk you thru it  

 

Get an SSD hd - only way to go on your OS and sim install location

Just built this system so I can help for the money will be the best you get especially in your budget - but dont go cheap on MB and ssd you can always upgrade video card later - dont forget to get a decent power supply - you should be good to go and sim will be very usable  and pleasing but still cant crank everything up and thats with my titan x card
