Featured Replies

Hi,I'm looking for some good night textures (freeware, but if there is some really exceptional payware - I'll consider)I find the default kind of "blobby" and amorphic.so I'd be happy if someone can suggest an alternatice.Thanx,//Michael

HiTry the new Night Enviroment Upgrade files released by Maurice Roenick. Locate neu.zip and neufix.zip within the Avsim library.Murray

Look for "FS2Night" in the file library. Probably the best you can get I'd say.

In my opinion combination of (payware) UT USA and Chris Willis' night scenery add-on (freeware in Avsim library) produces the best night effect. UT USA has superb point lights that follow the roads and Chris' add-on takes care of parking lots and commercial areas. They complement each other very well.
