If you are unable to register a purchased license or start a trial (assuming you haven't already done the trial), it could be because of the hosting changes don on June 22, 2015. 

 

Make sure you have downloaded the version 1.4.0.18 or later.  You should be able to register with this version as it points to the correct servers.  If you have trouble, please send me a note - Admin at Pilot2ATC.com.
