PMDG 777-200LR Registration Deactivation

Featured Replies

I have installed, uninstalled, deleted files, cleaned the computer registry and done everything concievable to unregister the PMDG 777-200LR and it refuses to do so.  This has caused a registration problem with the PMDG 777-300ER.  It polls for the passkey verfication and then it simply doesn't work.  No access to either one.  I would like to know if anyone else has had this problem and what the solution is.

Looking at your key, I show 2 activations yesterday and 1 today. Trying to activate/deactivate too many times in a set time period will essentially get the key locked until one of our techs can look at it and release it.

What are/were you attempting to do? For what it's worth, the only time you really need to deactivate is if you're going to reformat your computer (which should be done sparingly, if at all), or you're changing from one computer to another.
