After renumbering of Runway numbers VoxATC created this entry at the very top of my scenery.cfg 

 

Can it potentially affect any other entries? What if I add more sceneries ontop of the above?

I think if you set a scenery on top of the "runway numbers" it will be not afectected, and the atc will call the runway like is in the fsx and not in the AIRAC.

if the runway number in fsx is the same in the AIRAC, no problem.
